The inclusive changing room is a clean and safe space of about 12 m² that has the minimum necessary elements to guarantee the hygiene of people with large and/or complex assistance needs that require the support of up to two people. These essential elements are: overhead lift, height-adjustable stretcher, adjustable toilet and washbasin, shower, privacy screen, toilet for ostomates, containers for three types of waste, perimeter alarm system, access control, etc. This enables people with specific hygiene needs and their families, carers or caregivers to use a toilet in a dignified, comfortable and safe way.
The inclusive changing room at LUZ Shopping, which will be open during the same opening hours as the shopping centre, is located in the Outlet area, in the corridor next to Alavera Bookshop, near the children's playground and the restaurant area to guarantee accessibility for all families visiting the centre.

LUZ Shopping continues its commitment to accessibility and inclusion by installing the first inclusive changing table in a shopping centre in Spain. This space has been designed with the collaboration and advice of the Association for the Coordination of Inclusive Changing Tables (ACCI), to guarantee the dignity and autonomy of people with specific hygiene support needs, as well as the people who help them with their care. In addition, this space also becomes the first changing table of these characteristics in Andalusia and the first shopping centre in Europe to incorporate in the same place a sanitary device specifically adapted for ostomates.
